Job Description
Anticipate this to be a 6 month temporary assignment with the potential to turn into a "regular full-time" position.
The Treasury Management Inside Sales Analyst works closely with Treasury Management Inside Sales Officers in deepening and expanding customer relationships and activities that enhance revenue generation and service to our customers. Individuals in this position must perform a variety of roles and must be curious, self-motivated, independent thinkers and persistent problem solvers. This position requires individuals to be strong communicators with clients, business partners and treasury management sales officers.
• Manages workflow of all electronic communications/requests into the TM Inside Sales group email box.
• Routes all incoming calls into the TM Inside Sales group phone line to the appropriate internal resource.
• Works collaboratively with TM Inside Sales Manager, TM Inside Sales Officers, TMSO’s, and other internal bank groups to address requests that are received by the TM Inside Sales group from all sources.
• Composes correspondence and prepares reports independently or with minimal direction.
• Works on assignments that range from simple-to-complex in scope require office procedural knowledge. Using own discretion, collects data and research to complete assignments.
• Organizes and maintains accurate records and files.
• Utilizes variety of skills and strong knowledge of office procedural knowledge to assist with a wide variety of departmental projects.
• Works collaboratively with the TM Inside Sales Officers to support the sales process as needed.
• May oversee the flow of work assignments within the TM Inside Sales group. This can include follow up, training on procedural changes, and feedback to manager.
• May assist in the creation of documentation and agreements for clients to sign in the on-boarding of services.
• Adheres to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with any and all applicable regulatory standards, requirements and policies.
Job Requirements
High School diploma or equivalency required
5+ years of relevant experience
Additional Job Requirements:
Strong PC skills including word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, internet and internal bank software.
Ability to type accurately.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are needed to interact with all levels of employees.
