The Social Media Marketing Specialist supports social media marketing projects and provides integrated social media channel analytics and advisory services. Should be well-versed in all social media marketing best practices, and experience with social media platforms and systems (e.g. Sprinklr) is preferred. Should be capable of working on multiple projects at once, collaborating in a team environment, and interacting directly with stakeholders.
Representative Duties:
• Manage day-to-day aspects of social media system (e.g. Sprinklr) and owned social media platforms.
• Supports the development, implementation, and coordination of social media channels, monitoring, and engagement action plans.
• Contributes to content gathering, generation, planning, posting, content development, community management, paid digital media, and contesting across social media platforms for Commerce Bank.
• Coordinates Social Media Customer Care such related to customer comments and complaints.
• As directed by the Social Media Marketing Manager, works with multiple departments to accomplish social media reactive, proactive and customer care strategies including Legal, Compliance, Contact Center, lines of business, Human Resources and Public Relations.
• Monitors defined social media topics and maintains a strong understanding of social media trends.
• Responsible for the execution of social media strategy.
• Creates, monitors, and maintains paid social media advertising campaigns.
• Cultivates and communicates key, actionable social media dashboard insights and metrics.
Work Hours:
• Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Education:
• Bachelors in Communication, Marketing or Related Field – Preferred
Qualifications:
• 1+ years experience in social media marketing required; financial services industry experience preferred
• Proven social media strategy execution for B2C and B2B required
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills required
• Project management skills a plus
• Experience with graphic design and Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator a plus
