The Marketing Manager will be responsible for all marketing activities related to client onboarding, customer enrollment, and retention within the Employee Benefits channel. This includes creating and executing campaigns, marketing assets, and communications that support our clients and the broader enrollment and retention strategy. This role requires collaborating with multiple units within the enterprise to profitably expand business with our partners.
The selected candidate will act as the primary liaison between client relations and marketing and will build proactive and reactive solutions in the areas of marketing consumer id theft protection and restoration, security, and fraud protection at the B2C level.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• B2C Plan: Lead the development and execution of the B2C Marketing plan in alignment with the overall Strategy including but not limited to:
◦ Work with internal work stream leads (IT, Finance/Accounting, Legal, & Compliance) to address/resolve any business-related issues
◦ Work with Agency and Marketing team to create communications and assets (presentations, datasheets, enrollment materials, etc.)
◦ Engagement and renewal campaign creation and execution that includes webinars, email drip campaigns, etc.
◦ Incident response plan
◦ Budget and PO management
• Drive Revenue: Drive revenue growth through incremental enrollments YoY. Create opportunities with targeted COMMS campaigns that increase engagement and stickiness and reduce churn.
• Create, track, report, and adjust B2C email campaigns
• Manage enrollment benefit fair strategy and execution
• Collaborate with marketing and sales team to create compelling enrollment platform content that maximizes enrollment opportunities
• Partner with marketing team and vendors to create, track, and update engaging enrollment materials that drive enrollments and renewals (landing pages, videos, and collateral)
• Act strategically and tactically- test, measure, and make recommendations to management to expand, modify, or re-allocate resources
• Manage the B2C process needed to add testimonials and references to our advocacy program
• Participate in client relations weekly meetings; keeping the broader teams updated on B2C initiatives and address any issues
• Industry Engagement: Creating a presence and relevance for Equifax in the Employer Benefits industry while identifying strategic connections with internally and externally to strengthen position with brokers and clients.
◦ Identify opportunities for education and Thought Leadership content – communicate with internal content team to execute.
• Prioritization: Work with key leaders in the business and Marketing functions to develop and regularly maintain initiatives prioritization.
Qualifications:
• EXPERIENCE: 10+ years in B2C marketing, preferably with a background in consumer fraud and ID protection, security and privacy or employee benefits. Understanding of sales and marketing planning. Proven experience with executing successful customer take rate and retention programs. Reference management knowledge a plus.
• EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in marketing or similar field required.
• TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: 10%
• EQUIPMENT: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM

◦ Technical Skills:Experience in the technology and/or data industries or working with technology and/or data-related products and services preferred. Should understand the basic concepts of technology and/or data product development and delivery.
