Responsibilities
The Business Development Manager is an integral part of the inside sales team. This is an opportunity to learn the mortgage business by building relationships and speaking directly with other mortgage professionals about what New Penn Financial has to offer. You will assist experienced Account Executives in identifying Mortgage Brokers who have a need for New Penn Financial products and services.

• Bachelor’s degree

• Persuasive, selling communication skills
• Connect quickly with people in an outgoing, friendly manner
• Complete work quickly and accurately and effective in a fast-paced environment

• Careful decision-making skill with ability to avoid mistakes

• Speak, write, listen and organize well
• Possess basic computer skills
• Work independently with minimal supervision
