Job Description Summary:
BASIC FUNCTION: The Lobby Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the lobby areas, public restrooms, employee restrooms and property internal offices.

QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING, & WORK EXPERIENCE
Housekeeping experience desirable.
Neat appearance and pleasant personality.
Ability to work on feet for an extended period of time.
Ability to communicate effectively.
Basic knowledge of chemicals and their uses.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Ensure cleanliness of entire lobby area, dusting, vacuuming and furniture placement.
2. Polishes all sign displays and stairway handrails.
3. Ensures constant monitoring and replacement of telephone message pads and pens at all public telephones.
4. Observe Concierge carpeting to maintain constant cleanliness.
5. Monitor newspaper stand to ensure a neat appearance.
6. Dusts all pictures and furniture.
7. Checks and cleans all public restrooms, including the poolside restrooms, on a frequent basis throughout the day/evening, replacing paper supplies as needed.
8. Checks, cleans and re-stocks employee restrooms multiple times daily.
9. Remove trash and vacuums carpets in internal offices.
10. Maintains a neat appearance of work cart.
11. Report all maintenance needs and special cleaning needs.
12. Return all lost and found articles to Housekeeping Office.
13. Practice safety standards at all times. Clean up spills immediately.
MARGINAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Ability to work any assigned shift/work schedule.
2. Any other task, written or verbal, assigned by Leadership.
3. Remain alert, courteous and helpful to guests and co-workers at all times.
ENVIRONMENT:
Indoor and outdoor work with hard, uneven and carpeted floor surfaces. Good ventilation and artificial lighting
