Job Duties:
Manage multiple projects within the constraints of scope, quality, time, and resources, to deliver specified requirements and meet project time-lines. Provide traffic management with regards to form development: track movement of forms from markup stage (hand off from Product Management) to revision, to proofing, to final approval, to posting, to verification on website.
Work closely with department manager to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule, as well as coordinate with other departments for support of meeting project objectives and time lines.
Coordinate internal resources for successful execution of projects. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and meet product release schedules.
This position is responsible for developing project plans and supporting documents for the implementation and ongoing management of the development and maintenance of new business and service forms for the support of sales initiatives. The successful candidate for this position will be responsible for tracking and managing the implementation of form updates and coordinating reviews and approvals from other departments. This individual will interface with internal and external partners associated with Product Management, Compliance, and Legal-led initiatives. The person in this position must effectively communicate (verbally and in writing) in order to deliver successful results. In addition, this position reviews updated forms for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to standards.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope and schedule
• Report and escalate to department manager as needed
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Obtain working knowledge of our forms hosting site (The Edge) in order to assist Forms Coordinator with analysis of requirements (catalog configuration) for posting forms
Requirements:
• Proven working experience as a project administrator/manager/traffic manager in the information technology and/or financial services sector (Prefer 5+ years of experience)
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with web technologies
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and Adobe Acrobat
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects, and able to quickly assess and modify priorities as required when deadlines change.
• Ability to support special ad-hoc projects.
