Responsibilities:
• Conducting testing for compliance with regulatory requirements and servicing standards, including developing and implementing testing for newly released servicing regulations and GSE servicing standards
• Should be capable of understanding processes and related risks, preparing testing plans and work programs and preparing reports.
• Communicating testing results verbally and in writing to members of department management.
• Maintain and update appropriate work papers
• Follow up timely on remediation items
• Provide regular updates to management and process owners on end to end testing process.
• Identify opportunities to automate and create efficiency within the process
• Train and develop Analysts to learn regulations and servicing standards, proper testing techniques and documentation practices
• Self-driven, able to handle high pressure, fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent of seven or more years experience in a QA, compliance or audit testing role
• Strong communication and analytical skills required
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) required
• Ability to reason and exercise sound judgment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in an organized fashion with attention to details.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
