Responsibilities:
• Leading testing for compliance with regulatory requirements and servicing standards
• Should be capable of understanding processes and related risks, preparing testing plans and work programs and preparing reports on testing results
• Communicating testing results verbally and in writing to members of senior management
• Provide regular updates to management and process owners on end to end testing process
• Work with the team to understand regulations, servicing standards, and company servicing practices
• Identify opportunities to automate or enhance testing
• Continually train, lead, motivate and develop team members
• Ensure the team manages daily report timely and efficiently
• Self-driven, able to handle high pressure, fast-paced environment
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent of ten or more years experience including some supervisory in a QA, compliance or audit testing role
• Candidate should have sound experience in Mortgage Servicing
• Strong communication and analytical skills required
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) required
