A DAY IN THE LIFE

You possess …
• Mortgage Default experience, especially in the servicing and/or invoicing arena is preferred.
• Prior experience with Loss Mitigation, Foreclosure, and Bankruptcy.
• A penchant for excellence. You will use your strong attention to detail to maintain our quality standards.
• The ability to multitask in a fast paced environment, especially the ability to meet tight deadlines for our clients.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

DETAILED JOB DUTIES
• The Implementation Coordinator coordinates cross-functional teams as appropriate to ensure successful achievement of project goals
• Creates and maintains project plans that track the completion and delivery of all department project milestones
• Creates and maintains process flow charts for all operational processes
• Helps develop and edit departmental polices, procedures and job aids
• Helps coordinate and ensure training of regulatory updates, polices and procedureal changes
• Identifies letters owned by the department that may be impacted by regulatory updates and coordinates revisions with the appropriate cross-functional teams
• Provide clear and concise communication to project teams and stakeholders, including clear requirements and deliverables
• Identifies, documents and communicates project risks and issues, including escalation and the identification of mitigation strategies
• Conducts and facilitates meetings. Provides regular and concise project status, to all stakeholders, prepares and delivers status presentation to executive and/or client audiences as required
• Follow up on deliverables with operational management team
• Coordinate internal audit reviews, responses and delivery with operational management team. Identify trends and areas of risk revealed by internal audit feedback and work with the operational team to identify and apply mitigation strategies
• Prepare and manage monthly department data decks
• Develop and manage library of department initiatives
• Track and ensure the successful setup of new hires
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Mortgage Default experience, especially in the servicing and/or invoicing arena is preferred.
• Two to four years of progressive experience in mortgage banking or mortgage servicing
• College is preferred, but prior work experience will be considered.
• Microsoft applications used in analyzing data and high level of problem solving abilities
• Experience with Desktop Invoice Management and Process Management preferred.
• Experience with FiServ, MSP, or other mortgage platforms preferred.
• Experience in analyzing and improving operation processes
• Prior experience with Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, REO, Loss Mitigation or Property Preservation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
WORK CONDITIONS
Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Ability to attend work and be productive during normal business hours and to work early, late or weekend hours as needed for successful job performance. Over time required as necessary.
