Role:
Coach and Mentor CSRs by providing floor and new hire bridge support. Conducting Team Meetings as well as handling challenging customer requests. Reporting statistics to the manager and other members of management. Assisting with regular phones and other duties assigned.
Knowledge/Skills:
Managed multiple computer systems as well as multitasking other duties. Problem Solving. Must be an excellent oral and written communicator as well as history of developing other colleagues. Proficient in effectively maintaining working relationships with all types of people. Customer and Result Focused.
1. Bachelor degree or a combination of education and business related experience of least 4 to 6 years. Experience in customer service preferred.
2. Must be familiar with customer service operations, have leadership ability, good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to use good judgment in making decisions.
3. Life insurance industry experience preferred not required.
4. Provide work guidance and training to other employees when necessary.
5. Must be able to communicate with all organizational levels in the Home Office, local offices, policy owners, Agents and external entities. Requires ability to handle complex, sensitive issues and cases with a high degree of skill .
