THE OPPORTUNITY:
Ensures customers receive the service they need to properly manage their insurance policies. Facilitates positive and effective relationships with clients and insurance carrier staff. Acts as the point-of-contact for customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manages the entire account-service process
• Markets to carriers
• Prepare quotes and proposals
• Maintains renewal controls on expirations and binders
• Responds to and resolves customer issues
• Check policies/endorsements/audits for accuracy
• Coordinates premium financing and the collection of premiums
• Maintains accurate and organized account files
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
You are perfect for this opportunity if you ...
• hold a high school diploma/GED (college preferred),
• 3+ years of related insurance experience,
• are currently licensed and in good standing,
• have exceptional attention to detail,
• demonstrated oral and written communication skills
• have the confidence and demeanor to effectively interact with all levels within the organization,
• have demonstrated computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook and
• possess a sincere desire to learn and grow within the insurance industry.
