Provides administrative support to the Oklahoma Agency Division. Acts as a member of the Oklahoma Agency Division team, assisting with matters requiring a high level of customer service to agents/customers. Will assist with agency management and underwriting matters.
Essential functions
• Performs administrative duties that require considerable experience, skill and knowledge of the escrow underwriting process;
• Researches and assists state agency counsel with issues pertaining to agency-related functions;
• Assists state agency counsel and management with oversite of continuing education matters;
• Exhibits a very high level of self-motivation and desire to grow within the team for future advancement and success;
Knowledge and Skills/Technology Used
• Familiarity and/or working knowledge of several office software packages which include word processing, spreadsheets, databases, graphics and desktop publishing applications.
• Familiarity of Oklahoma statutes pertaining to the issuance of title insurance in the state of Oklahoma
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Must be able to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude at all times
Typical Education
• Requires HS diploma; some college preferred
Typical Range of Experience
• 5 years of industry related experience
