Provides a full range of administrative and/or secretarial services to a senior executive(s). Composes correspondence and documents of a highly confidential nature. Notes commitments made by the executive during meetings, and arranges for staff implementation. Arranges and coordinates travel and meeting schedules. May prepare agendas and meeting briefings for the executive. Summarizes contents of incoming materials requiring knowledge of technical matters. Demonstrates the ability to multi-task and employ project management skills in order to set and meet key deliverables. Seeks to streamline processes to improve productivity and/or reduce costs. Demonstrates a proactive orientation; organizes work effectively to ensure ample time to achieve results. Able to gather and analyze data when required for correspondence and/or presentations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Full understanding and mastery of traditional administrative assistant functions; a background in support of technology, digital and/or data analytics preferred. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and follow up to ensure that deadlines set by supervisor are met. Intermediate level of problem solving/troubleshooting skills of moderate scope and complexity, research and data gathering ability, analytical skills, ability to read and interpret documents, basic negotiation skills, strong organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent proofreading ability, may train and mentor employees. Advanced knowledge and application of Microsoft Office and office equipment. Ability to master company processes and platforms quickly for use with purchasing, travel arrangements, expense reporting, and accounts payable. Demonstrates a proactive mindset, the desire to understand departmental and company business, and a general attitude of learning.
