Description
The Financial Specialist-Wealth Management position is an entry level position located in Memphis, TN.
Responsible for assisting in the development and execution of certain financial and process related controls for Wealth Management. Responsible for the preparation and / or reconciliation of certain financial and other activity related reports for Wealth Management.
Assists business line managers in preparation for and responding to regulatory and audit examinations.
Performs reconciliations on various financial accounts, revenue and expense activities, and other process related activities that serve as controls for FTB Advisors, Inc.
Prepares and reconciles fee income reports, analyzes revenue trends and assists in the collection of data for preparing regulatory reports for Wealth Management business lines.
Establish and Maintain a contract database for Wealth Management.
Works with management and internal partners to develop, maintain and test the Wealth Management Business Continuity Plans.
Maintains a focus on delivering outstanding customer service and conducts all activities in a professional manner that reflects the organizations culture and ethics.
Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
0 - 2 years financial experience required
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting or equivalent experience
General knowledge of the financial services industry. Strong organizational skills. Self-starter who works well in a team environment. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Proficient with applicable computer software including Microsoft Excel and Access.
