Senior Consultant-1
Job Description Summary
In this position the candidate is part of a consultative team within the Employee Digital Experience group responsible for supporting the delivery of great employee experiences across our technology and workspace solutions. This involves partnering with internal Mastercard owners in early ideation phases through delivery to help drive end-to-end design thinking and the development of human-centric tools and solutions connected to a deep understanding of employee needs. By advocating for an awareness of the employee experience, the consultant will help create better solutions for our employees leveraging our technology as a differentiator.
•Partner with senior stakeholders who own employee facing workspace/technology solutions to deliver on key employee focused initiatives
•Leverage partnerships with other Mastercard groups for best practices that can be directed toward employee centric solutions
•Work closely with technical leads to assist in developing best practices for employee solutions, using design thinking principles
•Help with the selection of solutions of vendors and participate in proof of concept pilots
•Conduct In the Know sessions on design thinking, journey mapping, employee experience methodologies and other appropriate frameworks
•Create and cultivate employee experience networks and subject matter champions
•Actively look for opportunities to enhance and build on employee experience best practices
