We are looking for an individual to partner with the District Sales Manager, acting as an Administrative Assistant/District Office Coordinator, in running an efficient Sales District.
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (one hour for lunch)
• Supporting Sales leadership with a variety of administrative functions, such as presentations, travel arrangements, expense reports, calendar and e-mail management, and other various administrative tasks as needed
• Create, extract, and distribute sales and statistical reports
• Maintenance of office equipment including postage meter, copier, fax machine, etc.
• Maintenance and ordering of office and marketing supplies
• Supporting and training advisors within the local office and remotely
• MS Word Processing, Excel spread sheets, PowerPoint presentations and some data entry
• Answering main office phone line
• Greeting and interacting with clients
What we are looking for
• Strong computer skills required, must be familiar with MS Office Suite (intermediate or advanced skills with Excel required)
• Two to five years administrative/office experience in the Financial, Insurance, or Banking environment preferred
• Attention to detail, strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills required
• Self-starter, demonstrated aptitude in learning quickly, problem solving, and flexibility to adapt to varying responsibilities including the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
