This role is multi-faceted, requiring a broad skillset and flexibility. Applies specific knowledge of the business and knowledge of systems technology capabilities to business problem solving. The primary objective is to meet the needs of the business unit. Participates in the design, installation and maintenance of complex system projects. Responsibilities include: Analyze business needs; document workflow artifacts; apply broad understanding of system capabilities to prepare specifications, create process maps, and communicate proposed solutions. Analyze and identify process/system opportunities to drive efficiency and improve overall user experience. Design user training materials to include job aids, reference materials and FAQs to support end user training. Develop end user feedback loop to drive future system/process enhancements. Define configuration specifications based on analysis of user requirements. Write Agile user stories to reflect business needs. Provide user testing as needed.
Major Responsibilities:
Works on the more complex projects and systems. Projects assigned typically cross business lines and include multiple systems and interfaces. Resolves conflicts, priorities etc. Accountable for project status to management. Manages and coordinates the implementation of the rollout. Consults with users and vendors for needs assessment. Writes detailed analysis of users’ needs. Prepares required documentation. Presents research and recommendation to management. Identifies solutions, methods or systems that enhances productivity. Monitors implementation and user satisfaction. Provide support services as designated by manager. May also develop system related procedure/manuals, and provide system training. Independently conducts studies of new technology and recommends changes based on these findings. Leads, conducts and facilitates meetings. Plays a major role in the development and implementation of strategic technology plans. Directs solutions to system/business problems. Manages and resolves complex project issues.
Qualifications
• Strong analytical skills. Typically requires 5 to 7+ years of in-depth business knowledge and proven experience in the development and implementation of key business systems.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce and strong familiarity with the ecosystem of tools and applications that surround it.
• Strong familiarity with banking systems and processes. Previous banking experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of regulations and risks surrounding CRM systems in a banking environment.
• Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience working in an agile environment.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Excellent active listening skills.
• Familiarity with relational database concepts.
• Experience working in systems such as JIRA, Confluence, and Aha!.
• Demonstrates strong leadership and consulting skills.
