About the Job:
This position is responsible for resource management and leadership of the Device Integration and Delivery team in the End User Experience Delivery organization. Our teams are active participants in the process of solving business problems through the effective implementation of technology. We manage the bank's costs and risks through transparent communication to our partners and our portfolio. We work cross-functionally to bring the best sustainable solutions to bear with the voice of the customer in the forefront of our decision-making. The Device Integration and Delivery team is responsible for project execution related to KeyBank’s endpoints.
Essential Job Function:
Provides tactical and strategic recommendations and direction on endpoint solutions.
Serves as Business Leader on projects
Coaching and development of direct reports.
Managing a team of individual contributors, who are responsible for completing project tasks and accurately reporting time.
Provides metrics/tools for team to accomplish goals.
Reviews team time reporting metrics and provides resource forecasts.
Performs proactive analysis on factors impacting completion of work.
Develops and implements team policies and procedures.
Identifies opportunities to streamline processes and procedures.
Requires interaction with appropriate IT, vendor and business unit personnel.
Ensures high levels of customer satisfaction are maintained.
Horizontal / Vertical communication.
Serves as an expert resource to IT groups in planning the resource requirements for technical projects.
Active partner with project managers to issues management and execution, problem, quality.
Works on complex tasks, projects, activities, or support issues that require elevated skill in multiple technical and analytical environments and has expertise in several products/systems.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years personnel management experience
Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail and follow-up
Ability to handle multiple priorities (multi task)
Flexible and adaptable based on client emergency needs.
Effectively communicate with a variety of audiences (team, management, clients)
Demonstrates superior client service skills.
Effectively direct and motivate others
Broad understanding of Business Unit functionality within multiple sub-lines of business.
Proficient in use of MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point).
Strong customer orientation with the ability to communicate well both written and verbally.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Works independently with little management supervision.
Some travel to client and internal locations.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IS, MIS or equivalent work experience.
5+ years of IT work experience
