We have an opening for a Researcher/Junior Analyst to join the Survey and Sampling practice in our Philadelphia, PA or Washington, DC office. NERA is widely recognized as a leading provider of expertise in the use of rigorously designed surveys in various types of litigation disputes including Intellectual Property, Class Action and Labor. Such surveys may be used to evaluate consumer perceptions of trademarks and package design to determine consumers’ use and awareness of product features or to evaluate the impact of claimed false or misleading advertising.
Qualifications
Your responsibilities may include drafting survey questionnaires; analyzing survey data using programs such as Excel and Stata; researching industry trends and competitor offerings; conducting academic literature reviews; drafting memos and expert reports; implementing sampling plans; creating exhibits and presentation materials; and participating in client meetings and conference calls.

Qualified candidates will have experience in social science research, specifically survey methodology, sampling, and statistics. Previous experience in litigation consulting is a plus, but not necessary.
