Position Summary:
The position will play a key role in enhancing the Company's ALM framework and strengthening the Company's ALM discipline.
Major Responsibilities:
• Lead the quarterly BU ALM material production
• Participate in BU ALM material automation
• Provide reporting support to internal and external management/strategy discussions
• Collaborate with internal functions to continuously enhance ALM monitoring and reporting
• Produce Business Unite ALM meeting materials with accurate and insightful information
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience, experience in Investment FP&A preferred
• Familiarity with fixed income investments and analytics
• Familiarity with life insurance industry and products
• Ability to influence and provide direct leadership/ownership
• Ability to solve unique and complex problems
◦ For example, understand conceptually the complex concept of Long Term Care’s cashflows and can provide crisp materials to facilitate business strategy discussion
