Operations Coordinator

• Conduct daily sweeps to pick up new warranty repair items
• Maintain detailed records of all processes and transaction related to warranty and repair services
• Coordinate warranty claims for broken or damaged equipment and materials.
◦ Contact vendors and setup RMA to return material
◦ Complete shipper requests to facilitate outbound shipment to vendors
• Track cost savings and avoidance coordinate with client and prepare reports to document savings to the client
• Research and develop additional cost saving initiatives to drive value for the client
• Follow up on material offsite to ensure prompt repair and return
• Support team meetings with active participation and engagement
• Complete end of shift report to document and unusual activities
• Enter accurate time information prior to reporting deadline
• Actively support and environment of teamwork, cooperation, performance excellence, and personal accountability
• Support other JLL Managers in the delivery of services to the client as required
• Participate in annual goal setting activities and regular Quality Conversation with manager to discuss progress toward goals
• Develop a career development plan with both short-term and long-term goals and identify support required to achieve goals
• Comply with all requirements of the client contract and meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators
Key Skills and Abilities
• Prior experience in facilities, property management, in-direct material, equipment repairs
• Proficient in computer systems, ie… Excel, Outlook, SAP
• Excellent communication skills with audiences at all levels of the organization
• Proactive self-starter with well-developed problem-solving skills
• Flexible to meet changing client needs and expectations
