Responsibilities:
• Oversee the operation, staffing, and performance of Facility Management services and direct reports.
• Ensure high quality FM services are continuously delivered resulting in high client satisfaction scores.
• Develop and manage operating & capital and expense budgets for assigned portfolio; fulfill account & client goals
• Develop and implement strategic capital improvement plans & projects per account driven procedures & requirements;
• Support utilization of JLL suppliers, vendors/contractors and spending with Minority/Women owned Business Enterprises (M/WBE).
• Ensure compliance with Jones Lang LaSalle and account audit standards.
• Adhere to all account finance processes, procedures, policies and audit requirements related to FM operations.
• Develop and implement innovative programs & processes that reduce operating costs, improve efficiencies and increase productivity.
• Actively manage and communicate with service vendors regarding performance criteria, management, goal setting &ongoing review.
• Assist with implementation and management of new & existing maintenance service contracts.
• Perform all FM and account administrative functions that fulfill Jones Lang LaSalle and client requirements.
• Actively monitor customer satisfaction and work order SLA performance to meet individual & account goals, and improve annual performance results.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities Management; MBA / CFM / RPA desirable.
• Minimum of 3 years facility or property management experience; outsourced FM/PM experience a plus
• Strong organizational and management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; strong emphasis on effective client interface & customer service
• Experienced people manager
• Excellent business writing and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge and experience in all aspects of commercial real estate facility & property management: finance management, accounting principles, owner report preparation, contract negotiating, vendor management, furniture/office move coordination, construction/tenant improvements, building, EMS, generator and HVAC systems, capital project management.
• Ability to function effectively in a fast paced, demanding work environment and high touch client.
• Monthly travel within assigned region, and other areas as needed/requested.
