Job Description
Administrative Assistant III
This position will perform various routine and non-routine administrative support functions and be involved in providing client service.
Position Responsibilities:
1. Proactively resolve routine requests from supervisor which may include tracking information, gathering data from multiple sources and creating reports and presentations using PowerPoint, Excel or other programs.
2. Understand processes within the department and the bank as a whole.
3. Resolve problems and issues, which occur within the processes.
4. Maintain budget for the department and work on projects as requested.
5. Verify transactions booked on bank systems and verify the accuracy of input data.
6. Interact with other departments to obtain needed information or request that certain actions be taken.
7. Verify the work of others and train new colleagues as needed.
8. Collect performance information on others, complete performance reviews and conduct performance discussions with members of the team.
9. Follow up to ensure processes are completed in a timely manner.
10. Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications
• High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (G.E.D.)
• 5 years of experience in an administrative assistant / clerical support role
• 5 years word processing and spreadsheet software experience
• 3 years of customer service experience in a telephone and face-to-face environment
