Essential Functions
• Planning, creating, executing, analyzing, optimizing, and reporting on acquisition marketing campaigns to ensure they meet or exceed defined business objectives.
• Identifying new advertising vendors and other strategic partners with potential to drive positive business impact.
• Developing and fostering relationships with external vendors and internal partners.
• Providing insights and recommendations daily, weekly, and monthly through campaign reporting.
• Continuously analyzing campaign results and taking data-driven actions in key areas of opportunity.
• Determining and executing testing methodologies and reporting requirements to support campaigns.
• Communicating project updates, status, timelines, and results.
• Remaining informed and educated about current marketing methods and applying those learnings to acquisition programs.
Typical Education
• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree.
Typical Range of Experience
• 3+ years of online acquisition marketing experience, including experience in campaign strategy, planning, and execution.
• Proven experience managing profitable campaigns across a variety of channels, including but not limited to search, display, affiliate, paid social, and retargeting.
• Exceptional analytical skills and ability to create and present reports, KPIs and other data relevant to the performance and outcomes of digital marketing initiatives.
• Experience managing advertising vendor relationships including price and contract negotiations.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple, ongoing initiatives.
• Exceptional time management skills and accountability
• Ability to think critically and adapt quickly in a flexible environment
• Team player with an ability to work collaboratively and with a positive attitude
• Strong Excel skills
• Experience with web analytics tools like Google Analytics
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience
