Vendor Contract Analyst
PART TIME TEMPORARY POSITON
HOURS: Flexible
The Vendor Contract Analyst will report to the Chief Procurement Officer and will review existing vendor contracts & develop contract abstracts as may be required.
The Vendor Contract Analyst will work directly with other members of the Procurement Group as well as other groups including, but not limited to Legal and Third Party Vendor Risk Management.
Overall core competencies include technical purchasing and vendor management skills, general business knowledge, strategic/global/visionary/enterprise thinker, critical thinking skills, overall leadership adeptness, relationship management skills, comprehensive communication skills and proven project management wisdom.
Requirements

• Self-starter; works well independently.
• Must possess strong written and oral communication skills.
• Client-service orientation.
Professional Background
• Bachelor's degree in related discipline or the equivalent in work related experience.
• Demonstrated experience in the reading of contracts and writing contract abstracts.
