The selected candidate will provide support related to personal insurance operations under the direction of the Director of Personal Lines.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under the direction of the Director of Personal Lines, gathers, formats, updates and distributes KPI report monthly results.
Serves as a network administrator (one of two people) including maintaining insurance carrier login and access codes, setting up and revoking user access based on new hires and termination.
Back up to the Receptionist for the Norwell location.
Assists with research and data entry related to carrier projects such as invoicing questions, book rolls, coverages, coding etc.
Word processes and runs mail merges for branch campaigns.
Develops a basic understanding of how to look up clients and policies in EPIC, and does date entry into the system as needed for special IT or branch projects.
Facilitates communications and follow-up with Branch Managers for special ongoing projects.
Coordinates meeting materials for training facilitated by the Director of Personal Lines.
Other responsibilities as assigned by Director.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Two years’ experience providing support services in an office environment.
• Experience in an insurance agency is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Power Point and Publisher.
• Ability to pay attention to detail
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
