The Role
This position will perform and deliver on routine assignments and projects to support the Actuarial Development Program (ADP) Sr. Program Manager and the University Recruiting team.
Responsibilities
ADP Program Management
• Performs and delivers on routine assignments/projects for his/her assigned area(s) of responsibility.
• Updates roster of ADP participants, tracks statistics, and monitors participant eligibility. Understands the SOA exam requirements and applies knowledge
independently speaking to participants about exam requirements.
• Audits ADP data monthly or as needed as data changes
• Prepares recurring communications with assistance from the Program Manager
• Takes monthly meeting minutes
• Distributes rotation materials and announcements.
• Prepares necessary documents and schedules large group meeting for semi-annual performance and compensation calibration meetings.
• Schedules other group meetings as necessary
• Collaborates with the Sr. Program Manager to provide coordination support for the annual development session.
University Program Support:
• Scheduling of candidate visits, including interview schedule, travel accommodations, and debrief meetings.
• Maintains and coordinates all University recruiting visits through Handshake, Simplicity and Yello
• Responsible for getting all materials to events leveraging outside vendor
• Maintains recruiting database for UR as well as ATS system
• Follows up independently with candidates and responds to their questions.
• Assists Sr. Program Manager in sourcing of intern and entry level candidates.
• Coordination and assistance with the early career community engagement strategy
• Assists recruiting team with onboarding process of all ADP new hires and intern candidates.
• Collaborates with the Sr. Program Manager to coordinate the execution of the annual development session.
Education & Experience
• 0 - 1+ Years of experience in an insurance or related industry; prior recruiting, HR or program related experience preferred(Required)
• 4 Year/Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelors)
