Equifax Workforce Solutions is looking for a highly motivated individual who lives and shares our core values to help consumers live their best financial dreams by extending the market reach of our solutions and wants to join the Client Implementation Operations team as the Technical Implementations Senior Manager.
The Technical Implementations Senior Manager is expected to develop and manage all technical aspects of our client implementation process. He / she will be responsible for leading implementation subject matter experts and technical team members. Working closely with Technology, Product, and Sales teams, the Technical Implementations Manager will develop, coordinate, and evaluate project plans; perform business analysis and scope preparation; understand technical requirements; manage clients and vendors; assist in development of training and materials to support rollout of new approaches; and provide support to Sales and Strategic Account Management when promoting and selling our technical implementation approach.
To succeed in this environment, the Technical Implementations Manager must be a highly detail oriented, motivated self-starter with excellent relational, communication, and organization skills. Must have a passion for excellence and value education, integrity, innovation, and success.
What you will do:
• Accountable for managing modernization projects that advance self-service provisioning, self-service configuration, self-service data mapping, and other tools that streamline the client implementation process for implementation managers, partners, and clients that take a do-it-yourself approach
• Understand technical integration technologies such as API operations, XML, and JSON concepts
• Learn and understand Equifax Workforce Solutions application functionality
• Responsible for project plan documentation, including developing, and updating
• Work with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders on gap analysis and other forms of business analysis so scoping and requirements documentation can be produced
• Ensure clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders are meeting commitments so projects remain on-track
• Prepare documents to support successful rollout of new implementation procedures to implementation teams
• Support Sales and Strategic Account teams to explore commercial opportunities to prototype and launch new technical implementation approaches
Skills we need:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, data management, or related technical field
• 5+ years of Software Engineering and/or Data Management experience
• 2+ years of experience providing technical support for a SaaS product
• 7+ years of experience working within a team in a leadership role especially managing operations and technical roles
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience producing software development scope/specification documentation
• Knowledge of product development and software development lifecycles
• Very strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to learn quickly and work with best practices
• Able to take on many roles in a growing environment
