The Wealth Management Marketing Operations team is looking for a talented communications and platform technology operations expert to execute client service communications in our digital channels (specifically email, MSO online, Mobile push, text and social).
You’re excited about optimizing our digital marketing social technology capabilities and partnering with marketing and product teams to ensure a positive and consistent client experience. You’re passionate with making sure our messages are clear, concise and effective. You’re interested in the product details and care about how our clients will respond and engage in various digital channels. Improving processes and streamlining communications are keys to success in this role as you need to work closely with many different technology and product teams. You can roll up your sleeves to get into the details but also keep a strategic view on the overall client experience.
Responsibilities
• Understand financial services products and related regulatory and service needs to provide direction on clear, concise and effective communications in various digital channels (email, online, text and mobile).
• Provide business support and value-add to product and marketing colleagues
to support development of service communications, testing, and execution in
various digital channel technology platforms.
• Optimize and develop multi-channel client communication strategy to improve
effectiveness.
• Build strong partnerships with Technology, Product, Legal and Compliance to
execute while keeping client experience top of mind.
• Build a marketing operations center of excellence with publishing social media
communications (using Hearsay) to support Financial Advisors. Develop
rigorous QA process to publish flawlessly. Provide value added insights to
drive marketing excellence and optimize platform capabilities to drive results.
• Rigorously track and monitor past and current campaign performance and user
behavior to recommend strategies and campaigns that will drive engagement.
• Build strong relationship building skills with business partners in Marketing,
Product, Technology, Legal and Compliance.
Qualifications:
• Deep understanding of Financial Services products and the industry, including
driving communications efforts on behalf of Financial Advisors / Wealth
Management business.
• 2+ years of experience with social media publishing for clients and prospects
(Hearsay).
• Strong communications skills both verbal and written --editing and creative
skills
to guide the design and in producing marketing communications.
• Highly collaborative, self-motivated, results-oriented and a creative thinker.
• Resourceful problem-solver who is comfortable with new technologies and
concepts.
• Superb organizational skills and attention to detail, process oriented.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Technology, Operations or related
field.
