Job Description Summary
This position will assist the North America CFO with data analytics and consolidation efforts for the North America Region
reporting, budgeting and strategic planning. Includes interaction and coordination across various finance,
market, and business leadership teams This role will deal with complex issues and ad-hoc modeling to assist the
NA CFO and business leaders in making fact based decisions to meet financial objectives and priorities.
Description
• Manages financial planning and analysis to contribute to short and long-term financial goals, business operations, and decisions.
• Leads financial systems initiatives and maintenance, including prioritization and tracking of proposed enhancements to systems utilized for reporting and analytics.
• Prepares and delivers reports and presentations to advise management across functions on financial analysis, results, and recommendations.
• Implements financial processes and systems to maximize the quality of financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. Makes recommendations to facilitate business and operational decision-making.
• Consults with leadership across functions on financial issues to functional or operational management, to make key decisions.
• Manages, monitors, and ensures financial practices are conducted accurately and compliantly with regulations, laws and standards.
• Leads large-scale projects. Builds analytical models to perform difficult financial analyses.
• Acts independently to represent finance on cross-functional management teams for a function or business.
• Oversees the budget and financial operations at a complex function or large scale business level.
• Collaborates across multiple functions and businesses at a cross functional level, to resolve complex issues and provide strategic direction.
Requirements
• Degree in finance, accounting, business or economics
• 8-10 years of experience
• Ability to build relationships with business leaders; influence and advise on key decisions.
• Results-focused, analytical approach with a strong customer / client service
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage, manage, and influence team members and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to identify and break down complex issues and resolve in a simplistic manner using available resources, information, knowledge of business
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneous in an ever changing and fast paced environment with variable timelines
• Proven people manager with ability to influence staff with or without direct reporting responsibility
• Act with integrity and have confidence in outlining risks to achieving financial commitments
