Description

Responsible for the vision, strategy, and development of Glacier Bancorp’s digital and legacy platforms as well as products to enable the delivery of a best in class digital and in-branch customer experience in all 14 Bank Divisions. While the division marketing staff will continue to report to the divisions, this role will serve as the liaison and senior advisor to senior management at the bank divisions in order to understand customer needs. Will facilitate the creation and deployment of a set of products and services that can be utilized by the divisions in a manner that they determine best serves their customers. Work with the bank divisions and senior staff to identify and eliminate organizational barriers impacting business unit execution and develop product profitability models.
This position is located at our Corporate Headquarters in Kalispell, Montana, which is located between majestic Glacier National Park, two ski resorts, and Flathead Lake. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Collaborate with marketing, technology, operations, and compliance departments at the holding company and affiliate level to add and enhance products and services. Work with the training department to establish the employee knowledge-base and the enthusiasm for our employees to sell and service our products.
• Collaborate with Division Marketing Officers to identify best practices to use business analytics, segmentation analytics, content management, drip campaigns from automated marketing system, API and system integration to improve user experience. Develop metrics and dashboards to determine success.
• Help align service, market expansion and growth priorities. Collaborate with affiliate banks to drive digital and in branch revenue and customer engagement through analysis and improvements of the product/pricing mix by integrating best in-kind technology platforms and processes to all marketing and customer contact points.
• Develop policies and procedures for GBCI to ensure consistency. Ensure compliance with all federal, state and internal regulations and policies. Oversee the selection of vendors impacting functional responsibilities including the management of the after hours call center service.
• Manage the deposit and consumer and mortgage lending products design, delivery strategy and profitability analysis.
• Develop the roadmap to transforming our culture to become more revenue driven. Make a significant contribution to increasing customer profitability by bringing convenience, security, transparency and tailored advice to all customer transactions.
• Must comply with all company policies and procedures and all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control. Must complete the assigned online training courses and achieve a passing score by due date.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum 10 years of related experience is required, preferably in the banking industry.
• Proven experience developing retail and digital brand strategies to increase profitability.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, ABILITY:
• Analytical and decisive decision-making skills with the ability to prioritize and communicate key objectives.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to find new approaches and solutions.
• Proven management and leadership skills, and strong ability to develop business strategies.
• Computer skills including familiarity with word processing, spreadsheet and database programs.
• Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing, with all staff members.
• Creative, adaptive, problem-solving ability.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
COMPENSATION:Salary includes a bonus program and is dependent upon relevant experience. WORK ENVIRONMENT:Must be able to routinely perform work indoors in climate-controlled shared work area with minimal noise.
Must be capable of up to 15% travel (e.g. 3 days/month) by automobile (as driver and passenger), commercial airlines, rental vehicles and public transportation and be able to lodge in public facilities. Travel will be necessary to conduct the duties of this job, and the employee must have the ability to drive and have proper licensing.

Must be capable of climbing / descending stairs in an emergency situation.
Specific lifting abilities required by this job include: Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.
