What does a Client Support Representative do at Fiserv?
The Client Support Representative provides clients with technical support for the Cleartouch® product line to include training, system evaluation, quality assurance, documentation review, and client assistance to resolve their questions. This position is a phone support position and the primary client contact for Cleartouch® lending products.
What is Cleartouch®?
Cleartouch® is an online, real-time bank platform solution that provides integrated access to multiple delivery channels, customer activity and complete customer relationship information. Cleartouch® is delivered in an outsourced environment and leverages service-oriented architecture (SOA) in the Fiserv enterprise services framework.
You can look forward too:
• Handling all client calls and issues.
• Researching and problem-solving to determine resolutions to reported problems.
• Building and maintaining a high client satisfaction level that is measured via the annual survey.
• Training new clients on the features and operation of Cleartouch applications enabling them to successfully use the product and achieve their business objectives.
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience with a lending back ground (mortgage or general loan servicing)
• Minimum of 2 years customer service experience
• Must be able to work Mon-Fri 8AM – 5PM and (10AM – 7PM only when shift backup is needed)
• Must be able to work from our Brookfield, WI location
Preferred Qualifications:
• College Degree
• 3+ years’ experience with a lending back ground (mortgage or general loan servicing)
• Experience working in a call center environment
• Experience troubleshooting technical lending products
Additional Skills & Abilities:
• Ability to multi-task between computer applications and phone calls
• Ability to trouble shoot computer applications
