Position Summary:
Responsible for coordinating, conducting, reviewing and/or documenting efforts involving financial close processes, analysis, ad hoc requests, research and special projects.
Position Description:
• Coordinates, conducts reviews, and/or documents the monthly and quarterly reporting of PS3 results to leadership both in and outside the PS3 department;
• Delivers on ad hoc results reporting at the request of senior leaders and management;
• Collaborates with Financial Reporting and Management Reporting teams on special projects and complex financial analysis projects;
• Develops and maintains financial and operational metrics relative to revenue and expenses, reporting, and tracking tools to assist in review and analysis of results;
• Analyzes statistics and makes recommendations for improvements of work flow and systems to leadership;
• Delivers succinct and clear summarizations of analysis tailored to the needs of different stakeholders;
• Able to manage multiple, often competing priorities; and,
• Other duties and projects as assigned.
Knowledge & Experience:
• BA degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; or equivalent experience
• PC Skills (MS Office)
• 5+ years Financial Reporting, Accounting, or Audit experience preferred
