Director, Product Management & Solutions
Overview
• Push Payments is at the cornerstone of our vision of a World Beyond Cash. Our services facilitate the secure delivery of funds between senders and receivers, typically within seconds. We support multiple use cases – person-to-person, business to business, disbursements, remittances and merchant payments. With our technology and expertise we are making sending money safe, simple and fast.
• The Director, Platforms & Solutions will focus on product management activities (oversee product evolution, implement incremental improvements within the product’s life cycle, conduct ongoing care and maintenance), and act as subject matter expert for the Mastercard Network Payment Transactions (Moneysend), offering third level support to internal and external customers.
Role
• Act as business owner for the Mastercard Network Push Payment Transaction and manage long-term and short-term strategic initiatives for the product
• Identify, support and deliver MoneySend enhancement opportunities delivering new features including idea generation, concept validation, defining product/business requirements; interacting with platforms and development during product development lifecycle;
• Actively monitor competitive product offerings in order to inform strategy
• Develop short term and long term strategy in establishing industry standards with key partners to send and route personal payments. Maintain ongoing relationships with such partners and execute against implementing data and processing standards.
• Work with Rules and Franchise to implement, update and maintain rules and licensing requirements and processes
• Manage and update product technical documentation including MoneySend Program Guide, Core manual updates, customer readiness materials and product documentation to support training, sales and operations as needed.
• Provide support and technical product knowledge to sales and customer facing teams with communication and training on product functionality and enhancements in sales, onboarding and support cycles.
• Monitor performance of MoneySend (support levels, system uptime, product utilization analysis, etc)
All About You
Experience/Education requirements
• Relevant business experience with demonstrated success
• Prior knowledge of MasterCard Send, Visa OCT or other Push Payment platforms a plus
• Knowledge of database (Access, Oracle etc), spreadsheet (Excel) and presentation (PowerPoint, Visio) technologies a strong plus
• Strong passion for and expertise in payment technologies
Skills/Abilities
• Self-starter, strong analytical ability with good attention to detail and a proven track record of delivering success while operating within a team environment
• Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with audiences at all levels
• Strong project management skills required; will need to handle multiple projects and initiatives concurrently
• Have a track record of “getting things done” in a large corporate environment?
