Job SummaryDo you have extensive experience in running a Professional Services Practice and a Managed Services Portfolio with Direct Project Implementation & Client Management within the Financial Services Industry?
The FICO Managed Services (MS) portfolio is growing at 100%+ YOY and is expected to continue at an expanding an exponential rate for the next few years. This senior role will play a critical part in driving this business by directly engaging with key leaders in Professional Services and Sales to identify and close incremental MS opportunities across FICO's Client portfolio
• Drive continued growth of a multimillion dollar Managed Services (MS) portfolio growing at 100%+ YOY in support of the Tech Consulting Professional Services (TC PS) Americas region.
• Work directly with Regional Client Partners and Sales Leaders across the Americas to assist in driving potential Managed Services business within their territories. Provides pre-sales support to rep’s working on a potential deal. Assist with the scoping and pricing of all MS opportunities
• Americas Professional MS Service point of contact for any service delivery quality concerns or Client escalation.
• Meet with potential customers to understand their environment, people, processes and tools to assist with scoping and design of the Managed Services structure/offering
• Identifies and qualifies prospects by using a consultative sales approach, conducts needs/solutions analysis, prepares proposals and presents capabilities to prospective clients.
• Work with TC PS/Finance/Legal/Sales Operations/Deal Review team to ensure that proposals and Contracts are accurately prepared, presented and managed to meet the required structure and margin guidelines
• Strong financial acumen required; Decisions made by this individual will have significant operational or financial impact.
• Ensure procedures and best practices are documented where applicable and implement an effective Client centric “track, measure and report” capability on the Americas MS business portfolio
• Assist in the education of the Sales/Account teams with all aspects of the FICO Managed Service offerings.
• Assist in developing ancillary services to support core Managed Services offering as required by the business.
