Job Summary:
Collaborative supporter and a member of the Operations Team with the objective to provide world class operational service delivery to the client’s portfolio and customers.
Job Responsibilities:
• Program Management/Operations
◦ Build successful relationships within the COE and other client personnel to promote confidence, forward planning and best practices
◦ Provide management and leadership direction for the design, development and implementation of Quality Policies and programs.
◦ Collaborate with account wide team and proactively share and reapply all learnings, successes and best practices.
◦ Comply with client and external Quality regulations.
◦ Develop SOP’s and Audit Programs for external vendors and internal self-perform activities.
• Reporting
◦ Manage and report on critical & key performance measurements.
• People Management
◦ Effectively lead staff by clearly communicating expectations, accountabilities and providing performance feedback for continuous improvement.
◦ Mentor, develop and train peer and direct report team members.
◦ Develop and manage the quality training matrix
• Other
◦ Any and all other duties and tasks assigned.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
• Education/Training
◦ 4 year degree in science or technical discipline
• Years of Relevant experience
◦ 5 years
• Skills and Knowledge
◦ Background composing technical documentation
◦ Work independently and within a team
◦ Communicate effectively with technical, quality assurance and other personnel
◦ Proficient in Word, Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite programs
◦ Ability to recognize and diagnose trends and patterns
◦ Development and management of a vendor management program
• Other abilities
◦ Bi-lingual (Spanish)
• Certifications/Licenses
◦ Certified Quality Professional desired
