Senior Vice President, Sourcing and Supplier Management
Overview
• The Sourcing & Supplier Management organization is working to establish a supply chain that is a competitive advantage for Mastercard
• We create and maximize shareholder value by managing our global supply chain, with an emphasis on risk, cost, performance, diversity, and innovation.
• Do you have experience leading a global Sourcing and Supplier Management organization?
• Have you lead global, cross-functional transformation initiatives?
• Are you able to influence others and resolve complex problems?
• Are you comfortable challenging status quo and able to drive change?
Role
• Global thought leader, who is responsible for leading the Sourcing & Supplier Management organization through large scale transformation.
• Establishes and develops a highly skilled and talented team, conducts goal setting, leads performance appraisal processes, coaches and develops all members of their team
• Has deep understanding of supply chain principles and provides leadership with expertise on market conditions, industry trends, product knowledge and emerging supply options
• Establishes relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers and partners
• Ensure the team and the broader Mastercard organization is focusing on continuous improvement, leveraging best practices, developing our team, and driving bottom line impact
