We are looking for a Development Team Lead in the Identity & Fraud Solutions. This is a key technical role supporting business growth by managing development teams that create new cutting edge products, solutions and platforms, while maintaining high standards of quality in a fast-paced Agile/SCRUM development environment that has a tremendous impact on the success of the company.

Successful candidates will possess effective communication, ability to manage development teams and ensuring success of projects. This role will apply a methodical approach in identifying and resolving technical, operational and organization problems, making decisions guided by policies and project business cases, generating positive impact in the level of service and the team’s performance objectives, often amidst ambiguity or uncertainty
Specific responsibilities include:
• This role is responsible for managing, coaching and allocating team resources, ensuring quality, achievement of strategic information technology goals, cost-efficiency and timely delivery, while ensuring a healthy, productive and positive team environment.
• Providing technical advice, high level design and solutions to the development team.
• Ensuring rapid resolution of production and operational issues.
• Identifying, recruiting, developing, and retaining a high performance team of professionals.
• Attending and supporting Scrum Ceremonies
Position Requirements:
• A Bchelor’s Degree in IT or Engineering is required for this role.
• At least 7 years of experience leading agile/SCRUM teams.
• 8+ years of Development experience with Java
• Able to create elegant, efficient and testable code
• An open mind to learn and adapt to help the team improving every day.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, decision-making, and self-administrative skills required.
• An Agile mindset is absolutely needed. Must be expert in handling the Standard SDLC processes.
• Use the right tools for the job
• Explore new ideas and find ways to improve software engineering practices across the entire team
• Be fanatical about performance and performance monitoring
• Use efficient data structures and algorithms to enable data processing at scale
• Play a key role in helping shape all aspects of our products from cutting edge usability experiences to large scale data manipulation of terabytes of data
• Ability to communicate with senior management, both internally and externally
• Currently valid US Security Clearance (or the ability to obtain clearance)
Preferred Requirements:
• Experience leading analytical resources on projects and providing expertise in business development processes is preferred.
• Experience with .NET & C# are a plus.
