Position Description Overview
Manage product development process for building and maintaining complex payment products for the Integrated Token Services team. Responsible for one or more products' lifecycle from market assessment to writing requirements, building, testing, launching, identifying enhancements to end of life. Responsible for managing multiple internal parties in matrix environment as well as external vendors and customers. Manage, track and report product performance throughout its lifecycle including product strategy, product planning and issue prioritization. Capable of developing product marketing plan, positioning and branding. Design and execute analysis in support of product pricing and bundling. Manage internal and external product communication. Create and present product roadmaps.
Job Responsibilities
• Responsible for managing product development activities for FD Integrated Tokenization Services; initial focus will be managing a large client custom tokenization product including writing business requirements, managing product build, managing testing and wallet integrations. This is a technical product role responsible for digital wallet product management and requires knowledge of EMVCo tokenization, payment networks, ISO and API messages and issuing processing platforms. Must be willing to engage with IT resources for and managing to project deliverables. Also responsible for managing integrations to testing, and product launch tasks and commercialization tasks after launch. Must be able to manage internal and external product communication and information.

Decisions have major impact on the end result of the business unit. Frequent contact with internal and external customers.
Autonomy
Performs duties under minimal supervision, escalating the most serious issues to senior management. May supervise Product Analysts.
Job Requirements
• Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in product management, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. - Knowledge of digital wallets and mobile payments including tokenization - Knowledge of payment networks and issuing processing - Excellent written and verbal communication including external presentations - Prior experience writing detailed business requirements - Experience in developing business case justification - Ability to manage a matrix environment · Business acumen - Understanding of EMV, payment scheme processes - Experience with eCommerce applications - Knowledge of existing First Data platforms is a plus
