Job Description Summary
Partners with assigned business group(s) to enhance the ability to grow assets and meet/exceed goals by providing leadership, direction, and support for strategic and tactical initiatives, from ideation to implementation. Serves as a liaison and subject matter expert to execute diverse cross-functional projects.
Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the overall project plan, including resource management and identification of work streams.
• Lead project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders. Ensure compatibility between cross-functional groups to ensure business objectives are met.
• Oversee the implementation and launch of initiatives, and on-going refinement.
• Help develop and maintain a repository of standards, policies, and procedures.
• Serve as a support resource for special projects as assigned by management.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in a business field or equivalent industry experience.
• Five years of experience in the financial services industry.
• Five years of project management or related experience.
• Proficiency using MS Office tools and project development/management tools.
Behavioral Qualifications
• Critical thinking, decision-making skills and problem-solving skills.
• Communication and interpersonal skills to lead meetings and interact with stakeholders.
• Ability to manage large and complex assignments using in-depth knowledge of the business group and/or project management methodologies.
