Position Summary
The Retail Sales Management Team is a champion for our frontline performance expectations and the resulting sales outcomes. The team is passionate about aligning the efforts of our many business partners to reach our desired customer relationship, employee engagement and sales results. The Retail Sales Management Team optimizes results with:
-Sales Strategy
-Sales Delivery
-Performance Results and Analysis
The Business Line Data Analyst position will develop and provide administrative support for our performance management process, incentive plans and sales process/programs AND provide insight about successes/opportunities and develop actionable recommendations through analysis of those programs.
Technical Knowledge/Skills
-Must be comfortable adhering to strict deadlines while managing multiple tasks and ensure timely and accurate communication with business partners and front line team
-Demonstrated decision making, data governance, problem solving skills, as well as technical aptitude.
-Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and present technical concepts and respond to questions from non-technical partners.
-5-7 years of database management, systems management and analysis
-Management of database principles and design
-5-7 years creating and analyzing data and systems to develop actionable recommendations
-3-5 years managing initiatives with multiple stakeholders and streams of work
-Advanced working knowledge of Retail Sales Management systems and processes
-Project management and business requirements documentation
-Advanced working and technical knowledge of current front line systems, preferred (e.g, Branch Connections, UMD, EnAct, etc)
-3-5 years synthesizing various data and information sources for presentation development and delivery
