Primary Objective:
Be the Single Point of Contact and face of marketing for the Greater NYC market—specifically New York City, Connecticut and Long Island. Manage all day-to-day initiatives and people resources for the NYC market. Drive all execution marketing efforts for business development and property marketing, and partner with Brand Marketing and PR to strategically position CBRE in the marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a large team across multiple offices in the New York City, Connecticut and Long Island area
Set and help execute strategic goals for marketing team
Serve as marketing business partner and advisor to regional leadership
Partner to develop and implement internal and external marketing plans for CBRE and sales professionals in the region
Demonstrate intimate understanding of the CRE business, ability to think strategically about the company’s position in the market place and how marketing can strategically partner with the business
Partner with Sales Management and market leaders to provide pursuit strategy and support sales professionals in delivering client-focused proposal content
Required Knowledge & Skills:
Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple daily deadlines and multiple stakeholders
Ability to understand the strategic priorities of the business and adapt marketing tools accordingly
Ability to motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees, top management, and client groups to take desired action
Must be able to manage multiple projects at once and be given a variety of tasks and determine a priority and delegate appropriately
Strong writing skills and the ability to adopt business lines’ brand
Ability to analyze and interpret complex business documents
Ability to engage others in the gathering and analysis of information then make recommendations that have a direct impact on the company
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university, MBA preferred
Minimum of 7 years of related experience and/or training
Commercial real estate knowledge preferred
Position based in midtown Manhattan
