Job Description
Retail Regional Asset Manager
The Retail Regional Asset Manager position is responsible for representing the Retail bank for all existing banking centers and retail space projects on a regionalized basis (ie, CA, TX, AZ, MI.) These projects will have departmental, divisional, and corporate wide impact, which will ultimately focus on the strategic optimization of the banking center network nationally.
The position will evaluate, prioritize, approve (dependent on dollar amount and scope), or secure funding, and assign projects (to project managers, Real Estate, CBRE, or vendors) for completion. These include all capital, maintenance and repair, refurbishment, security, and signage projects to identify a few. Additionally, lease renewal, space optimization and new banking center review and development are included within this scope.

Position Responsibilities:
• Participant in National banking center expansion & Optimization discussions regarding openings, closings, relocations and refurbishments, including the floor plan designs. This is up to and inclusive of the project management involved to complete change including all facets of physical changes, capital projects, security upgrades, and maintenance activities directing corporate Real Estate, CBRE, and other various vendors on the required projects/change.
• Responsible for all physical capital planning, maintenance and repair expense planning, signage, refurbishment, and security planning for each budget year.
• Responsible in assisting and developing any potential PEPs for these associated capital projects.
• Responsible to track and monitor associated budget, along with overall regional occupancy expenses for all banking centers within the assigned region.
• Selected Individual will also serve as a team lead when necessary.
• Manage and negotiate various vendor contracts and relationships. Conventional equipment vendors Security Corporation, Diebold, and Comco, etc.
Relocation
Relocation assistance is not provided for this position.
Travel
Travel is required for this position 15-20 % of the time including in state travel and out of state.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university OR 10 years project management experience with associated experience in Real Estate and physical facilities.
• 6 years Banking Center Management OR Retail Operations experience
• 4 years of capital planning & financial acumen
• 4 years negotiation skills
• 3 years Microsoft Excel & Project experience
