The Account Coordinator is an important member of the Partner Channel that will be responsible for partner contract management, partner training, providing POS support, and ensuring partner on-boarding processes are in place to support important strategic partners.
The Account Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing all incoming partner support for their specific assigned accounts. This position will track a variety of projects from assignment through to completion on behalf of the account including, but not limited to, reporting, onboarding of new products, feature launches, incentive program support, promotion launches and employee program engagement. Successful execution of these responsibilities will require rigorous project and process management, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and complete business requests & projects with partner retail stores that relate to marketing campaigns, marketing collateral, inventory control, and training.
• Provide program management for the partner incentive program including reporting & payout process.
• Marketing & product project support; this includes proactive coordination of resources from key stakeholders to deliver assigned projects on time and as requested.
• Provide program management for the partner employee program including onboarding and issue resolution.
• Host periodic training webinars for new and active employees of partner account.
• Proactive management and coordination of card inventory to approved stores
• Communicate with the Netspend and partner field teams on new promotions and card features.
• Identify new business opportunities with partners to increase card sales, activation, and funding rates and present to the business.
• Identify opportunities with partners and with internal team to reduce expense and gain efficiencies
• Regular check-ins with the partner services team here at Netspend to gather data regarding performance, look for trends that require address and deliver solutions to better our servicing of this partner account
• Perform other duties as required.
• Minimal travel may be required.
Skills/Education/Experience:
• Minimum of 3 years account coordination, sales support, or related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Project management certification or experience with process improvement.
• Demonstrated successful relationship management skills with existing NetSpend partners, as well as with internal departments.
• Strong work ethic and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and meet aggressive deadlines.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills with all levels of staff and management.
• Proficient in using MS Office products: Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Demonstrate ability to provide excellent customer service.
