ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 95%
• Reviewing all new business transactions
• Processing new applications (entry into agency management system)
• Coding and New Business Application Tracking for compensation and reporting
• Reviewing of all new business created by sales agents for accuracy of all data
• Reviewing various data elements as required to maintain integrity of the system.
OTHER FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBLITIES: 5%
• Work on special projects and validate various report data as assigned
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• High School diploma or equivalent and 2 years business office experience
• Experienced with insurance coverage and forms preferred
• Experience with an Insurance Agency Policy Administration and Management System preferred
• Proficient desktop computing skills; thorough knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite software and experience in effectively using Microsoft Word, and Excel to create documents and reports
• Excellent attention to detail, as demonstrated by regularly verifying all work thoroughly to ensure accuracy
• Ability to review processes and procedures in the AMS and communicate change requests to management
• Demonstrated ability to track, organize and prioritize workload and request resources and information as needed.
• A high degree of professionalism and integrity
• Ability to meet departmental attendance standards, and work additional hours as necessary
Total Rewards Package includes:
• A competitive salary of $13.50/hour-$16.25/hour, depending on experience.
