The primary duties of the Regional Manager Car Care are:
• Leads, guides, and directs the AAA Car Care Store/District in achieving budgeted revenue growth.
• Fosters sales and quality culture within assigned offices by ensuring district associates understand their roles and job expectations relative to corporate goals and strategic priorities.
• Develops, implements, monitors, assesses, and modifies district and office sales plans with accountability for sales results for assigned district.
• Provides leadership in ensuring that Quality Standard behaviors are practiced consistently in member interactions by all district associates. In conjunction with the regional management team, is accountable for Quality Standard results for the district and for holding the ROMs accountable for their respective office Quality Standards results.
• Identifies training, development, and motivational needs of assigned Office associates. Works with General Manager, Regional Sales Manager, and Retail Office Managers to set and communicate specific performance expectations for individuals; assesses results and coach for improvement.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Ability to work autonomously, supervising a car care operation at a level normally acquired through eight (8) years of business experience including five (5) years of supervisory/managerial role which involved direct customer contact.
• Ability to effectively delegate and manage remotely.
• Ability to read and interpret financial data and reports.
• Knowledge of car care business; store management and car care industry experience highly preferred.
