Position Description Overview:
During this career development program you will be responsible for managing entity relationships that include ESOs, Merchant Hosts, Third Party Processors, Key Delivery Hosts, and Certificate Authorities (CA) used by FD merchants globally to validate compliance with PCI-PIN regulations.
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage assigned entity relationships
• Interpret PCI-PIN and TR-39 rules to ensure ESOs, TPPs and Merchant hosts clearly understand requirements and can comply
• Manage findings and ensure entities are providing a remediation plan and meeting assigned deadlines.
• Collects and processes external audits
• Assist with process and procedure maintenance
• Invoice processing
• Collaborate with Key Management on PIN key distribution
• Travel 2-3 times per year
Job Requirements:
• Strong written and verbal communication, along with superb organizational skills.
• Experience tracking findings and managing through to resolution
• Experience managing client relationships
• Knowledge of industry standards specifically around PCI PIN
• Knowledge of and ability to use the cross-functional features of Microsoft Office applications including Excel & PowerPoint
• Soft skills: must be comfortable working in a team environment, communicating to senior managers, talking to owner-associates to understand and document processes
• Strong analytical skills
• Recent graduates of a bachelor's degree program
• 3.5+ GPA preferred
• Attention to detail: ability to process information with high levels of accuracy.
• General professionalism: positive attitude, business attire, and time management
• Ability to work independently in a low-structured, non-transactional setting
• Confidentiality: may be working with sensitive data or in secure facilities
