Responsibilities
• Learns how to review customer's financial records and materials relevant to the Premium Audit life cycle.
• Develops knowledge and skill in interacting with customers to answer questions and encourage the return of completed audits.
• Learns to identify discrepancies on the Premium Audit.
• Develops knowledge and skill in providing effective Customer Service throughout the life cycle of Premium Audit functions.
• May utilize on-line service information, national business directory and other tools to perform research.
• Assists with completion of Premium Audit department projects and research.
• Successfully completes all coursework/education assigned.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• Must be a junior or senior as of Fall semester
• Preferred field of study: Business administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related
• Approximately 6-8 weeks
