Job Description Summary
Performs a variety of advanced administrative or technical support duties. Majority of the job entails work that is non-traditional administrative duties.
Responsibilities
• Advanced word processing correspondence.
• Designs spreadsheets and databases for reporting.
• Heavy use of graphics.
• Compiles information and prepare reports, summaries, or replies to inquiries.
• Screens telephone calls.
• Gives or relays non-routine information to callers.
• Makes meeting and travel arrangements.
• High level of analytical work.
• Determine methods and procedures to be used in resolving routine and some complex inquiries.
• Generates and maintains confidential files and information.
• Operates with some latitude for independent judgment and initiative.
• May supervise others.
Qualifications
• High school education or equivalent.
• Up to 2 years of experience with a high level of administrative experience, discretion and technical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of company and organizational structure with respect to divisions and departments.
• 5 years of experience with a high level of administrative experience, discretion and technical skills.
Behavioral & Leadership Competencies
• Ability to juggle shifting priorities and deadlines.
• Proactive in nature.
