The Bristol-New Britain Market Sales Specialist will provide direct sales support for all products delivered through the banking center channel. Responsibilities include:
• Perform hands on coaching to improve the skills of Banking center professionals with interactions either in person or over the phone through utilization of the Winning Edge sales process, create and document action plans.
• Execute sales routines and expectations as a result of the Winning Edge Relationship Development including; 2 visits per day, 7 visits per week, Observe morning message, Listen in on phone calls, Observe lobby leadership, Review Salesforce progress and lead management, Demonstrate outbound calling, Role play with managers, Ensure banking center teams are focused on needs assessments and cross selling.
• Assist market in achieving service levels of 75% or better on Top Box (extremely satisfied) CSAT survey by coaching, modeling and reinforcing Winning Edge behaviors as outlined in our sales and service standards.
• Serve as an active liaison between the Community Bank and other areas to provide feedback and direction for needed sales tools, product enhancements, pricing opportunities, marketing and process enhancements.
• Collaborate with Community Bank partners in the creation and execution of revenue producing sales, relationship deepening and service initiatives to meet WIN goals.
• Facilitate sales and service discussions in meetings held at the market and banking center level.
• Utilize sales reporting available to highlight and recognize top performers and work with Market Manager in the development of underperformers.
• Provide periodic communication to the field in order to support Community Bank sales and service.
• Serve as a Salesforce advocate by providing feedback, training to the field as well as creating reporting in Salesforce that will help in monitoring performance at the individual, banking center and market level.
• Support the Learning & Development department in the execution of Winning Edge Consultative Sales and Service and Salesforce training.
